What do you know about Mercury (Hg) in fish?  Take a look at DDHS and EPA advice on fish eating concerning mercury exposure for women who may become pregnant or are pregnant, nursing mothers and young kids:

Wild salmon is a great source of Omega - 3s.  Check out Vitalchoice.com for a source of salmon that has been wild-caught in Alaska, then frozen or canned immediately. Tested for mercury, pesticides etc.  Andrew Weil recommends it on his website.
